This man is a con artist! He quoted me 2000-3000$ for work which I thought was on the expensive end but he talked a good talk. Came back with 4530$ before tax bill. Not including at 350$ before tax certification. For 8 hours of work that was done for no reason ( after another company come in a looking at he’s work an told me ) I asked him how much he was a hour he said 150$ a hour. So 8x150= 1250$ he gave me old supplies are expensive trick
. but he used all my supplies I provided other then 60$ of he’s own stuff that I priced out from Kent after the fact. He wanted 730$ for material!!. Told him He wasn’t pulling wool over my eyes he instantly dropped the price to 1500$ said he would help me out around Xmas time lol . After bringing another company in to look at he’s work I was advised that all my venting need to be reinstalled back to the way it originally was an all I needed was a 200$ adapter. The adapter he installed wasn’t crimped or anything was held together with metal ductwork tape an was told it wasn’t fit to use ( I told this man numerous times I had 2 young children in the house an I just wanted it to be done right so it would be safe to use ) I contacted him back told him I wasn’t paying for the work done as it wasn't safe to use or it wouldn’t pass WETT certification. nor would it provide proper heat with the duct working he did. I told him I would Pay him 300$ for the 3 hours of duct cleaning ( after me
Swallowing the supplies cost that I provide an he didn’t need to used around 300$ ) I told him I was advised by two people to get into contact with WETT certification Canada about the issue an give a formal complaint. Asked him what he wanted me to do? / if he wanted me to give him a review on google? He called me 1 min later a said I’ll just come get my tools an we’re good. After talking to a few people I’m starting to hear some true rip off story’s about this man! Stay away folks!

very professional. Quick and prompt reply’s. He did great work and offered great advice. He was quick and very efficient for a good price. I would strongly suggest getting his services of cleaning all the vents and all ventilation in your home!!! Thanks Trace

Was charged $1650 to clean two air exchanges and related duct work. The work done was by the book but the pricing is predatory. Google what the typical cost for a job like this is. You gotta be really careful with hiring people in antigonish. This behaviour is typical around town among people in the trades.
