Called 8/26/2024, only waited a couple minutes and was connected to a pleasant young lady. My concern was answered immediately, I was given the info needed and was amazed at the ease. I don't know if all their agents are as pleasant and helpful as Amy but I hope they are. This lady brightened my day.

I can’t even begin to tell you how horrible this company is. My landlord won’t pay our hydro bill even though it’s inclusive in my rent, and we all know the cost of rent nowadays…my hydro has been shut off multiple times now due to non payment, but this time the landlord is not complying with anyone. He’s being formally charged by the city, he still won’t comply, and Entegrus will not discuss anything with me they will not put the hydro in my name, nor will they allow myself or anyone to pay the bill other then the landlord but the landlord won’t. Explain this…The city of St. Thomas owns Entegrus, but Entegrus won’t allow City Hall to even help pay the bill….I understand it’s not their responsibility, and I don’t expect them to pay it, but what the heck?!!…when I spoke with the supervisor this morning I asked her if I provided a legal document explaining the landlord is not complying can the utilities then be put into my name…she said absolutely not, I’m sorry. I said well what do I do then because for 3 weeks now myself, my 6 year old daughter, my husband and our 2 dogs have been homeless because we have no hydro and not able to do anything about it. All she said was sorry call the LTB! Yea, well don’t you think I’ve done that already and everything I can possibly do at this point!!! I don’t even know what to do anymore 🙁

Energy monopoly and greedy company.
Even after shutting off AC and changing appliances to more energy efficient models....usage went up. I call b.s and believe this company is manipulating their monitoring systems to get more money out of customers. Tempted to shut main panel off when not home to see if unsage continues to increase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They're unhelpful and their business and website are NOT customer friendly. Customers should not have to hold their hand when dealing with their accounts.

Astronomically awful, highway robbery. For months on our bill said our meter was being manually read and then slammed us with a HUGE bill as an adjustment because they hired a 3rd party company of liars that wasn’t actually reading the meters. Criminals! If I had any other option I would go with that ….. but I don’t. Unhappy customers.

Worst company we've ever dealt with hand's down. We notified them we were moving and gave them our forwarding address for our last bill. We received a disconnection letter in the mail today for our previous address. Had to call them so they don't potentially cut-off the new owner's services. As well as to make sure they're not still not charging us for previous address. We're so happy we never have to deal with them again. They will also disconnect your services over $10 so beware and pay your bill in full. Customer service is hit and miss, they're either really nice or really rude.

We had paperless billing until we changed our email address then everything went pear shaped. We lost all contact with our account. We have spent hours and days trying to register, re register, and talk to staff about the problem. Nothing works. If we changed our street address would you be able to change that? Why is changing an email address impossible? Anyway, it's back to getting our bill by snail mail.

Just called to inform about a Power Outage in the area; I can understand the company might be bombarded with the calls, but the tone of the phone receiver was not appropriate at all! You do not behave unprofessional with your customers..

When I suggested that why don't they update on the outage on their Twitter/Social media handles, I got another tone as if she was trying to say @shutup and we do not want you to teach us!

Really need them to work on efficient customer service.
