This place is terrible. It’s usually $3 flat fee to print anything which is ridiculous. I went in today to ship a fedex package and the guy said it was $5. Usually fedex pick up is free. I asked him why it’s so expensive and he said it’s $5 flat fee to print anything. He said the price has gone up. By $2!!!! The person working there is rude and dismissive. I’d rather travel further than have to deal with them again

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The “owner” is ripping people off by charging them $2-$5 for dropping of UPS PUROLATOR DHL….THIS IS ABSOLUTELY COMPLETELY ILLEGAL!!!! I have reported him and the business….horrid rude and disrespectful service….when bring it to his attention that he’s committing a crime he banned me from the store!!!

Don't use this business for your shipping needs. They are a third party and overcharge you by default but they make it look like they're giving you a discount. I had a package I needed to send urgently to the UK and I asked for a 2 business day parcel. The owner told me he could guarantee a 2 business day delivery with UPS at a lower price than FedEx (which was my first choice). He said he was giving me a discount. The parcel arrived in 4 days instead of two and we lost 2 crucial business days because of the delay. We called UPS to ask for a refund and they told us we were in the right to ask for one but because the account number the package was sent from was from a third party (Freight.com), the refund was to be asked directly from the third party business owner whose account it was. When I went for the refund the next day, the owner seemed cooperative at the beginning, but in fact was protecting the profit he had made off me all along. He gave me a pitiful 8 dollar refund claiming that it should be just the difference between the 2 day delivery quote and the 4 day delivery quote. However, when I asked for proof for these quotes, he could not produce a proper paper trail. Then I did something that I should have done from the start, check the quotes directly online with UPS inserting the exact weight and dimensions of my package. And lo and behold the quote returned 40 dollars cheaper than the "discount" he had officially given me. He refused to give me the refund for that. Needless to say, I will not go anywhere near this business in the future.

Charged me $5.65 to print THREE sheets of paper. I questioned this and he said that’s their minimum. He told me I can print up to 20 pages for the $5 after the fact. How does that make any sense?

The couple ahead of me were questioning his pricing when it came to shipping their packages as well and I could tell something felt off to them too.

Lastly, my sister told me they charged her $75 to ship a couple of documents internationally a little while back. Paper documents..come on! It’s safe to say I’m never going back.

I have used different Envoy locations but this one is the worst. The hours on their website are not the same as the hours they keep. I walked in to drop off a parcel for Purolator, he said "That will be $3" I said " Other locations do not charge" he said "I have to charge" I said the one I use in Scarborough does not charge" he said "Go there" What a waste of my time.

I don’t know why everyone is complaining about the price, I always print 25 pages for 4$ the sales person doesn’t ask me to give more+ he always helpful by giving me his stapler 💁‍♀️ so, feel free to use this location!

Pricing here is unreasonable - I was charged $3.30 to have one single sided page printed from a USB stick, without even taking time on their computer or using the internet. Too bad because I would had made more extensive use of their services if their fees were fair.

Good services, I have been to the store many times shipping envelopes and making copies. The owner is friendly and helpful.
