I've done 30 or so escape rooms and this is a good solid one. The story is well done, the theme and decor of the room is nice. Some of the clues are pretty cool. Overall it was good but not exceptional. I was a little disappointed that they charged full price for my 4 year old to be in the room with us. I suggest they pick an age below which children are free as do most escape rooms. The game master was very kind and did a great job.

A whole lot of fun! My friends and I decided to try the Warden's Cabin escape room at the last minute, and were pleasantly surprised that the staff were able to accommodate us on such short notice. The puzzles got harder and more complicated as the game progressed, which we really enjoyed. Unlike some of the other reviews I've read, we didn't find the locks particularly sticky, and everything was in good order before we started.

We were able to finish the room in the allotted time, although the staff member told us that this was uncommon. I think that's a good sign that the puzzles are difficult enough to force you to think your way through them.

The staff was attentive and kind - we will definitely be going again to try Merv's Diner.

Awesome experience! I loved the retro feel of the Pop Shop, we really had to work together to figure out the bottle things. So much fun! And I got a sweet Iron Maiden shirt from the, unrelated, tee shirt shop when I was done!
Everyone was super friendly, and for Banff it was well priced.

My mom suggested this outing last time we were in Banff. I found it hard to start with cause I didn’t understand but then I figured out that we were looking for solve “puzzles” and then had the best time ever. Would totally try another room again. Lots of fun.

Was my first time doing an actual escape room, I sucked at it lol, but was a great and challenging experience, a nice way to spend some social time with friends or family if ever visiting Banff. Would recommend!

We went to this escape room twice, and both times it was a little bit of a letdown. The employees were at least 15 minutes both times, which whatever it happens.

The annoying part is that the puzzles themselves were poorly set up both times. The last time we were there the game master came in at the end, when we asked how a puzzle was supposed to be completed, we were just told "it was supposed to be .............." , which it was clearly evident it was not.

It felt like the staff didn’t bother to double-check everything before our session, which is funny considering that they were 15 minutes late. They also didn't even acknowledge that they messed up or say sorry, just stared blankly.

So fun!! Multi-room experience with clever puzzles. Our hostess was very helpful and friendly. It took three of us (and several hints) to solve all the puzzles but we did it. Unlocked the final puzzle as our timer was going off…whew! We did Marv’s Diner and would recommend.

We challenged Marv’s Diner and were about 30 seconds from making it out. Fun room with some neat puzzles. We got going on a tangent and didn’t get pulled back in until it was too late.
The location was good and staff were polite.
We’ll definitely go back.
