We had an issue with our hotel booking. They lost our reservation and nobody through the hotel could give us answers other than we didn’t have a room. Event Connect connected me to their awesome manager Samantha and she was on it. She handled our problem from start to finish and even checked in the next day to make sure all was well. Without her our hotel would never have found our room. Great service!

I wanted to share a message regarding the customer service of “Event Connect”. I recently had an issue with a double booking. When i called their customer service line their staff were willing to help right from the start. The staff couldn’t get a confirmation right from the start but they said they would call or email me back to confirm. Within the next half hour they made good on their commitment and emailed me back confirming they were able to resolve my secondary booking. Thank you to Kaitlyn Green and the Event Connect team for a truly positive experience.

UPDATE - Dylan was a Rock Star today... I'd got myself in a muddle with multiple reservations and Dylan unraveled it all for me... without making me feel like a complete tool... which I clearly am!
