Absolutely great customer service. I talked with a wonderful lady named Jewel to cancel my Television subscription(I don’t ever watch it) and she gladly helped and then told me she could double my internet speed for $10 less a month!

Highly recommend!

We are in the midst of relocating our business and the stress with phone, internet etc has been significant as I don't speak tech-talk and find it quite intimidating to say the least......then Shawn and Mateo showed up to get things set up. Shawn immediately sensed my insecurity and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He wanted me to understand exactly what I was getting and what it all does....basically creating value in their appointment.
Shawn has spoken freely with our I.T guy and gave us his cell in case we had any pitfalls.
Both were very polite and you could tell love their job.
Please let these gentlemen know that they made an old guy feel great with their willingness to dumb things down to ensure I was comfortable with our new service.

Had a great help from staff at the Thedford Office. Christine Bell and the service man that was sent was awesome. They fixed my problem and up graded equipment in good time and friendly service. Great Job Thank you. Working with people in person was great. My phone experience was not good at all. Thank you to the staff. in our home town office

Execulink services are terrible. After upgrading everything and paying for the best package we still have dropped service more than 5 times daily.
Customer service is terrible. Currently more than 30 houses have been without service for 2 days, with No time or return.
They simply don't care.
100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I was able to give less than 1 star, I would. Execulink claims on their website that they offer fast and reliable internet. That is not at all true. The internet is slow, it goes down regularly and when you call, the customer service is useless. Unfortunately, there is no other option in my town, and Execulink clearly knows this because they do nothing to improve their service to us. If you have another option, do not go with Execulink!

Execulink is great to deal with. Easy to maneuver your own account online but when you do have to call you won't be on hold long and the staff is friendly, helpful, patient and make your experience pleasant.

The reason you even received two stars is because we started out with stellar service. We went from struggling with our wifi service to no issues when we switched over to you. However recently Execulink was doing work on our street and then we started having issues with our internet/wifi also frequently unable to make and receive calls, we don’t have a land line. When my husband called for a service call we were told it would be $120 for someone to come out even though we explained it worked great up until they were doing work at the next home over. She then asked my husband to tell her what was lit up on the modem and router, he once again explained he’s not at home because we can’t always make a call and her solution to our problem was to get a landline which quickly prompted the end of our service call.

So 2 weeks later still barely any uninterrupted wifi etc so we called again. Same conversation, can’t tell you what is light up on our modem because we can’t a strong enough signal in the home to call from home. Our customer representative said she needs us to do all these things before they’ll send out a technician then she promptly hung up. The absolute worst customer service and we do believe it was the same representative that wasn’t any help with our inquiries on our initial call. So now the service is a one star rating
