I recently went to screw in the back of my laptop. He helped me right away and was very efficient. He was great! And the best part was, he offered to do it for free! I didn't feel comfortable but he said it was fine! Great guy!

Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism by Harry. Took my laptop due to a start up problem. He worked on it right away trying to reset BIOS and opened it to disconnect the battery. It didn't work so he suspected the BIOS needed to be flashed. He wasn't able to do there so I got it fixed elsewhere but he was correct. Very kind patient and considerate.

Store is apt for iPhone repairs and buying out. Extremely polite staff and professional too. Pricing and support details are passed clearly and offer if any. Good inventory for Apple products and accessories. The repair of phone was quick and screen was fixed with lifetime support in less than 25 mins.

I had a great experience getting my PlayStation repaired at Experimax! Harry was the technician who helped me out, and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense, and he kept me updated on the repair progress.

When I got my PlayStation back, it looked and worked like new! I was impressed with the quality of the repair job.

I would totally recommend this store to anyone who needs tech repairs. And if you go, ask for Harry - he's awesome!

Amazing service! They fixed my son's broken iPad in less than 30 minutes for a great price, and even fixed my faulty charge connection on my phone after I mentioned it was acting up. Very highly recommended!!!

I love this place, their customer service and efficiency is amazing! I came in January with an issue with my Apple watch and they done an amazing job! This time I went for a different reason regarding the apple watch and he did an amazing job. He told me it would be ready in 30 minutes and it was ready in exactly 30 minutes. The only place I trust for repairs. They are very understanding and give you the best prices and deals! Hundred percent recommend!

They kept my MacBook to do a diagnostic didnt have a clear answer after it and when i went to collect the laptop upon inspection they had lost one of the screws in the back. If i had not checked it at the time of pick up and noticed it later who is to say they wouldnt just blame it on me.

Honestly the work station is small so this was bound to happen not the workers fault.
