This is the spot for really good food, made with real ingredients. The owners put their heart and soul into every serving. Prices are right - great value for what you get. We have done take out but also had our dinner on their sweet patio out front. Love it here.

Food was delicious and was prepared with care. Service was top notch. My son and I enjoyed the meal immensely. The window decor was nicely done for spring. Hoping next time to try the pulled pork. Glad to have this good food option in our neighbourhood.

We enjoyed the wonderful turkey dinner. It was an excellent meal, my guests raved! The meal started with fresh cabbage salad with a light and bright dressing, the turkey was tender, the gravy so tasty, the stuffing has a depth of flavours, potatoes and peas the way Grandma used to make and a sparkling cranberry sauce, so awesome! The portions were enormous. The only thing better than the dinner is when I gifted my guests with their own frozen dinners to take home. They were delighted. Thank you Cat for your wonderful dedication to great food!

My mom and I visited for the first time yesterday, and had a one of a kind experience at F N Good Food! The Jamaican patties were absolutely amazing - perfectly seasoned with a deliciously crispy crust. You can truly feel the love and care that goes into this business, and it’s run by such kind-hearted people. We’re so grateful for the warm welcome, the lovely tour, and the fantastic energy. The food, teas, fudge, and other goodies were all incredible! Thank you!

Me and my girlfriend loved our date here, with a cozy atmosphere and a staff with warm attitudes and full of smiles it was a wonderful change of pace, and the food was satisfying and tasted great! (I had a half Mac and cheese and a hotdog and my girlfriend had a chili dog and a rootbeer float), at first, we were hesitant of the quality due to the portion sizes but we both were surprised with how filling and delicious it was!

OMG! I've just tried the 21-Slice Pepperoni Pizza Panini, and it's out of this world! Very delicious and flavourful. I would order this any day of the week, even over pizza (which we all love). My new mission in life will be to try a new one every week until I've tasted them all, and I'm sure by that point its creator will have invented many more. Hat's off to chef Cat!

Tried the pulled pork and bacon the other day absolutely amazing easily one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 will definitely be coming in to try some of the other ones in the coming days if you haven't tried 100% recommended
