I recently used the support services of F12 to resolve a MS Outlook issue in a desktop environment. The first line responder was respectful and congenial throughout the trouble shooting process. The issue was resolved successfully.

Really nothing surprising, as I've worked with Fez (out of the Edmonton office) in the past.

His level of service is impeccable, and I truly feel like he cares about the health of our company. Plainly put, Fez was the reason we partnered with F12, and so far, we are happy we made that choice.

The waiting on hold when you feel you need immediate assistance is not great. But once you reach a technician, F12 is more than capable of identifying the issue and solving it for you. They didn't ask tricky questions about stuff I have no clue about. And Aldrine was very courteous, always asking for permission before doing anything such as to remote access my computer, if it was okay to close tabs, if it was okay to restart the computer.

The best IT support team. My one and a half years experience with F12 find they respond quickly and work with you until the issue is resolved. As administrator to most of our company platforms we have approx 230 staff that have to be set up with individual double authentications' one of which has to be set up with F12 and I have never had a complaint from any employee regarding F12 assistance. Thank you all at F12.

A well tuttored. cultured and talented F12 crew!
