F12 support staff were so amazing. It does not fully describe it. They were very patient, professional, and walked me through each step as they tried to work through the system issues. They would call and check back and continued to do so, until the issues were resolved. I am incredibly impressed, and recommend them to everyone.

The problem is that they don't send the same person to work on your issues, and they don't seem to keep any records, so you have to start from scratch with a new person, which takes WAY too much time, and then they bill you $350 per hour. Do yourself a favor, and find someone local where you get consistency.
