I had an excellent experience with F5 Tech Services! I accidentally dropped a screw inside my monitor while trying to change the mounting bracket, and I couldn’t retrieve it on my own. I brought it in, and the technician was super helpful—he carefully retrieved the screw, tested everything, and made sure it was working perfectly. The service was fast, professional, and friendly. I had a laptop with important files, the screen went black and Rafael was able to fix the screen, and managed to back my files up on an external hard drive incase of future failure so that my info was safe.

He went above and beyond to service me, very friendly and honest.

Rafael's service was very professional and helpful. He consistently provided updates throughout the 24hr process, including videos to show anything he found.

The issue was fixed promptly, and he was very transparent with the entire process, from dropping off the device, to fixing it, to picking it up.

I hope that I don't have any more PC issues in the future, but if I do, I will definitely come back to Rafael.
