Just bought 2 vehicles from Fedoruks in the past cpl mos. (Both write-offs, yes unlucky, no not our fault). Both sales people were friendly & knowledgeable (or found out answers) They were available, but not pressuring us at all. We are repeat customers over the past 15 years. I think this purchase was 6th or 7th vehicle from them. We have found the cars are in very good shape & reasonably priced & they stand behind their certifications. Highly recommend!

We needed to quickly purchase a car for our son because the vehicle he was driving had been deemed unsafe. He was excited about a used Malibu at Fedoruk's so we booked a test drive, as it turned out, on the coldest day of January! Our salesman sent us out to start the car and warm it up with full confidence that it would, and it did! They allowed us to take it to our mechanic who identified an issue with it and provided a quote which we took back to discuss. The salesman was quickly open to reduce the price of the car to the quoted repair and the deal was quickly made. The whole experience was professional, trusting, no hard sell, and easy. We have been looking for another vehicle for the family and saw something through Facebook that caught our eye , we arrived at the dealership to meet with Darrell and after a test drive , fair negotiations and upfront no nonsense or pressure at all we closed the deal 1 hour later and came back with our the bank draft and he even waited 20 mins after closing so we could insure it the same day with plates.
