The environment is very cozy and feels like a more tight-knit family kind of place compared to Ffun East. They will always remember their clients and get things done. Wanted to get a new snowmachine this year, after I looking around online and found the perfect one at FFUN for a great price. Called the store at Gemma was able to sort out all the details and made it suer easy to get a deal finished, and in good time! Great customer service from her and the team at FFUN. Bought a sled drove it less then 300km in the span of a month and it blew up on me. After they dropped if off their forklift while unloading it, It has been sitting at the dealership for 49 days (and counting) for a warranty job that I have gotten few updates from, other than - yup it’s broken and we are working with our warranty company. I have requested that they just order the parts and fix it, then they can get their money from the warranty company but I was told “ haha ya the head office wouldn’t like that”

I can’t say enough about the staff in this location. From Gemma in sales to Cal and his team in the maintenance department and everyone else. They went above and beyond to ensure my new Seadoos were ready to go for the weekend. Putting in extra time in the heat is just a fraction of the outstanding service I received.
