the unstructor was really wxcellent at getting the info across. She has a quality as to how she portrays the info to get it across to you in a easy understanding way. Information was clear and concise with an atmosphere that made it wasy to stay interested. In the end you felt like she wanted to be there. It was all taught at a good pace with yet time to try all the props.

Really good training. Kept it easy going so everyone felt comfortable and not pressured. I will be using this over and over again for recertification.
