I had the dread of waking up to a machine that wouldn't even POST. I brought it into Focus Computers and they were super friendly and helpful. Throughout the process of investigating, They would reach out with updates and found the problem quickly. I'm writing this review on the same day with the computer repaired. CALEB JUKES is the owner of Focus computers inc. This is his business. IT SHOWS. His 9 years of professionalism bodes well for all his customer's. My experience with Caleb resulted in me getting a laptop built from the ground up. Worth every penny. I expect the beast to have a life span of 5 to 10 years easy
PS: I'm 70 years old
If you want to be treated with honesty and dignity, this is the place. You won't be disappointed.

Caleb is super nice and personable. He listens to customers' needs and helps guide them instead of being the standard salesperson out for a buck. Prices are also reasonable and service is very fast. First time going there but the rest of my family has been going there for ages.

Caleb provided excellent and quick service! I work from home, so when my computer didn't turn on this morning I was in a complete panic. Caleb diagnosed the problem quickly and I was able to buy a new motherboard and have it installed on the same day! So relived I will be able to work tomorrow with no issues. I will be sure to come back here (and never have Canada Computers build my PC again!) Thank you!

Brought my laptop in for diagnosis and Caleb gave me the bad news it was terminal. Caleb found me a very nice off lease replacement at a good price and held it for me during a medical emergency until I could receive. My computer was very slow and it took me sometimes an hour to get on the net or even to print something. I live on the country and thought this was normal. I had been to the two large box stores and when they investigated my computer, suggested buying a new one. I tried for the first time to give Focus an opportunity to fix it. Kaleb, the owner and manager was very polite and immediately saw what the problem was. It was the RAM. He installed 8 GB of Ram and I can now work my Lenovo to perfection. Thank you Kaleb for doing a great job and saving me buying a new computer. I will certainly recommend you to my friends.
