I don’t know but I used this service a bunch of times and they were promp to pick me up and friendly I tried both other cab companies and they both had huge wait times I didn’t want to but thought I would try this one and they seem to be great so never mind the negative reviews from before try again and see

I called for a cab, when cab arrived it suddenly turned into share ride (I was not informed it is a share type of service from the person on the phone). Taxi driver charged me full price too, and when I expressed that I am not comfortable with that (any of it really), they told me how they were "doing me a favor". That is not how taxi service should work. Won't be calling them again

So kind and accommodating. Helped me load and unload my bags, even made a quick pit stop for me. Will definitely call again for a ride.

TECO taxi is the most unreliable service there is. We booked taxi's in advance for our annual golf tournament and not one showed up and when I called I was told that I never had anything booked. No one needs this kind of services. Will never use them again.

Tried to book a cab for a 3:45 am the following morning Dispatcher had poor English skills and phone quality was exceptionally poor. They didn't ask when I wanted the cab and assumed iit was for right away. I had to explain more than once and the dispatcher was fairly rude, even speaking in broken english with a heavy East Indian accent.

By 4 am, i was risking missing my flight and I ended up taking a company truck to the airport and paid for parking. The truck was needed for 8:30 am that day and now two co- workers will have pick the truck up at the airport and pay for the parking, cutting into their day and costing us money.

Zero stars for Teco / FSJ Taxi. Call Energetic Taxi if you need a ride. I called 2 hours in advance to catch a taxi to the airport. The dispatch was not familiar with Fort St. John and didn’t know where the GM dealership is. Obviously not a local dispatch, and poor communication skills. Taxi did not arrive as scheduled so I called dispatch after waiting. They told me 5 more minutes. I waited another 15 minutes. Called again and was told 5 more minutes. Finally the driver arrived 1/2 hour late. A 5 minute drive cost me $35 with no tip.

This is the worst taxi service on planet earth. Called for cap. Said 5 mins. Waited for 45mins never show up. Two days in a roll.
