Just had to do another review, Amber and the other women who work here are great and fabulous. They are community minded, kind, ready to help and just overall a bight spot in anyone's day. Great prices, fab selection .

The girls at the store are fab. They r friendly, knowledgeable. The store always smells great and is very pleasing. Great prices and very helpful. Love this store.

I did not like the service that was given to me. The lady assisting me was very rude, she told me to distant myself from the vapes even though i was just checking. She was judgemental and probably thought i was homeless cause i was carrying a garbage bag full of laundry. (I couldn’t find another bag to put in my dirty laundry.) She didn't even ask me if I wanted to create an account, i had to initiate the conversation to make an account for me, as I am new to Ponoka and would probably be buying vape from the store a lot of times. I was turned off by this racist and judgemental with poor customer service clerk. Please be better, homeless or not we are human beings. I rarely give bad reviews but this experience just put me off. If you are part of the minority then I suggest not to buy here. This experience happened just today Feb 10 at around 7 PM, whoever this person is, please train her properly. It looked to me like she hates her job.

I have tried to support this store but there’s a fellow that works there that doesn’t want to listen or help with customer needs. He presents himself as all knowledgeable however, has failed several times to listen too and address my product needs. That’s a nice way of saying he thinks he knows everything and is quite rude about his persona. I’m certain he must be the owners son as I can’t see any other reason for him working there. I find it frustrating and have tried for the last time.

I have a new favourite Vape store, it’s called Free Style Vapes!! I am a loyal person, and was loyal to a blinding fault with Wic n Wite Lacombe. But no more! The products that consistently failed at the other place I was told, had no warranty or guarantee. The ones that did have a warranty, one day after the warranty expired, I was refused a replacement!
I took the very same failed vape product to Freestyle, and they honoured it as it’s a product they carry with no problem at all! I cannot say enough regarding the level of professionalism, courtesy, and outright kindness, each and every member has displayed. This store is a breath of fresh air and I hope you will all support them also! I am a fan!

Arrived today to a larger than expected store and was impressed how clean, organized and prepared it was. Shelves full of vape products that I couldn't imagine existed.
They had everything I was looking for and at the price I was looking for.
Go there. They will look after you. Yes. I totally recommend this place.
