The way Full Line Electronics conducts business is the customer is top priority. I won't even bother looking anywhere else for my electronics.

In a time where it seems most businesses are understaffed, I would have to say the opposite here. Every time they turned around there was someone else asking if I needed help, it's a small store, you would think everyone after the first person would have heard me say I'm good thanks. Anyway, it's always good to see employees that wish to be helpful.

What a fabulous store. Lots of selection we bought a 55 inch Samsung tv from them. Really knowledgeable staff who doesn’t try to upsell which we appreciated. The owner delivered the tv to our house which was awesome. We definitely found our electronic store and it’s nice to support smaller independent stores instead of big chains. A++++ service definitely recommend

I purchased a Samsung qled TV from full line electronics during a black friday sale. The tv was awesome and I was very impressed. After a couple weeks there was an issue with the TV. I phoned them and explained the situation and the way they resolved things was so unbelievably exceptional that ill be a customer for life. After emailing them a picture of the issue they immediately contacted me by phone. Not only did they deliver a new replacement tv to my home but they removed the defective tv from the wall mount and packed it up..AND unpacked the replacement and installed it on the wall mount. They did this super quick aswell. Based on this experience I highly recommend this company and will be using them fir all my electronics needs.

Needed new batteries for a small light. They did not have the same batteries but had one they said was worked the same. I got to the store and paid for the batteries and as I went to test them they said the batteries could not be returned if opened even if they dont work so i did not buy the batteries. The man I was dealing with was polite the whole time, this review is in regards to the return policy.

Update- owner responded to my concerns however I had already bought the batteries I needed elsewhere. Because of the response I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars and will give them another go next time I need something.

Recently bought a new phone and got a new Telus contract here. The salesman was fantastic and got me tons of data! Went from 10gb to 35GB at a better price point too. These guys are the ones to go to for cellphones and plans. Overall great experience here. Will definitely come back.

Very happy with my experience and purchase and was so happy I left walmart and their horrible electronic department.

My guy was attentive, knowledgeable and offered to show us so much without being pushy. They price match and offer a great return policy in case you feel you need to switch.
