Please read the positive reviews carefully - they belonged to TWT when the former owner was the operator of this company. As an entrepreneur that depends on managed IT services to keep her business going - there are much better choices out there. Since the acquisition there is no care or responsibility on the accounts - and no responsibility and a complete lack of care. There has been a mass exodus of the amazing employees that once worked there - and an even more extreme exodus of the clients that loved and trusted the owner of TWT.

IT is an industry that isn't short of options - much like trades, it's an easy business to get into. A computer, an internet connection, some tech applications and you're in business. I think one needs to be careful who they choose to work with - things like up-time of our tech, applications and software are important, but so is an effective working relationship, something the team at TWT is great at.

I met Shawn Freeman and TWT Group about four years ago. Our needs aren't extensive - our company is a two man operation. TWT Group has treated us really well. Where some companies ignore their smallest customers, TWT Group has a way of making us feel like one of their biggest and most valued.

Over the year's I've had the pleasure of meeting a number of their staff - all very personable and willing to solve my random problem. I really appreciate their willingness to find a solution.

So yes, we're very happy with TWT Group and we confidently refer them to our own clients and connections.

I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them.

Our company has recently switched to TWT Group for our tech support needs and so far the experience has been extremely positive. TWT has responded to emergency IT issues quickly and effectively. Would recommend TWT for those that need support but can not justify in house IT staffing.

I had the most wonderful experience SATURDAY DECEMBER 31, 2016...yes NYE day.... couldn't get remote access into my client's site. I contacted TWT thinking they would get back to me the following Tuesday. Well, they contacted me THE SAME DAY , fixed my connection THAT DAY and I was able to proceed with my work, ALL ON NYE Day.. They are always so accommodating; the technicians are so professional and know what they are doing, and just don't waste my time or theirs unnecessarily.
