"Future Tech Store fixed my phone in just 25 minutes I walked in with my iPhone 13 Pro totally broken I had my important information in my phone and the guy was super friendly and helpful. They explained the repair process clearly, gave me a fair price, and fixed it so fast I could hardly believe it!
My phone works perfectly now it looks and feels like new. They even gave me a free screen protector and a 3 months warranty, which shows they really care about their customers. The store is clean, modern, and easy to find.
If you need your phone fixed fast and done right, go to Future Tech Store. I’ll definitely recommend them.

I went in for a screen protector and they said they only had one but that it would work for my phone (S20 FE). The employee put it on off-center and it doesn't fit. Not only does it overhang on one side so it's going to break eventually, my phone's screen is exposed on 3 sides so it's not even fully protected! This means the employee sold me a product that doesn't fit, didn't install it correctly, and lied saying it will work.

Even worse though is that I'm struggling to type this message because the screen protector sold to me really messes with the touch screen. All the time new typos are introduced or while scrolling a click event is triggered. I'm going to rip this off and replace it when I can but I completely wasted my money on a product sold to me under the promise it would work so I'm quite disappointed.

Edit: Moved review down to 1 star since the company is uncontactable since they only provide a phone number and I bought this screen protector before leaving the country. Very disappointed in this service and frustrated it is so difficult to type on this phone now.

My husband and I went in for new phone covers. They had the best price in the New Sudbury Shopping Centre. The man that took care of us had great customer service skills, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely shop at Future-tech again.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and was having issues with the charger port. The place was recommended by Eastlink kiosk as a good place to get the port cleaned.

I went in and was told that he could clean the port in minutes. He then recommended that I get him to install a custom screen protector. Which he highly recommended so I agreed to.
His first screen protector would not fit properly so he made another 1.
Once completed the screen on my phone started glitching and kind of flashing. He removed the protector.
When I asked what he did to my phone he said it was a pixel issue, Nothing he did!
He offered to keep the phone and open it up to see what was wrong. I said No Way!
I said it was perfectly fine when I brought it to him.
I went back to the eastlink kios and they looked at my phone. They think that he may have pressed 2 hard on the screen causing the issue. I now have a constant yellow line in the center of my screen.
Now I now why the Future Tech store has several signs saying that the worker is not responsible for any damages caused while making repairs. I refused to pay anything.

Take my advice Stay away from these "Professionals" RUN as Fast as You Can!
