Overall an incredibly useless service. I initially went through them for a tuition waiver so I could finish my degree and retain my job. During that time I registered for a few of the services thinking it'd maybe boost my chances of getting my waiver, but instead I was forced to listen to people who are somehow less educated on the matters that they are hired to teach about than a former youth in care who failed k-12.

I'm so glad all these virtue signallers get to have a job where they can pretend they are helping people out!
If you're a former youth in care though, don't expect anything from these people. They're just here to collect information on you in exchange for "services" that you'll likely not even get.
