G&M's graphic and printing service is quick and professional. They deliver quality prints, within a good timeframe. My print order aas finished the same day and came packaged so nicely. I will be using G&M for all my paper printing needs, as long as I am in Rocky.

Terrible first experience!
Placed close to a $1000 order to be finished in 10 days...no call for 3 weeks.
Finally stopped in and owner stated that I never placed the order. He pulled his file, and read the notes and discovered that I had indeed ordered, but then said that he never received the electronic file. ( was sent with tbe order).
Very disappointed....placed my order elsewhere andeill not return.

Was into the shop one day to see about a rush job knowing that it is disliked by printers with a background in printing and there wasn't even anyone there who could actually assist me. Called back the next day and the gentlemen I spoke with was short, rude, and couldn't even be bothered to provide his name up front when he answered the phone after I was transferred to him. Won't ever get a print job done here.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU COULD GET. Called looking for some printing, was told they were too busy to give a quote or answer questions. Was headed over there when I accidently ended up at Wymenga Printing about 3 doors down.. GO THERE INSTEAD !! Way better service, very happy to help and his prices and printing quality were great.

Phoned in morning for print job. Went to pick up 3pm, closed for wknd, Thur afternoon. Quoted $5 for a print job that was $1.58 down the street at Wymenga
