!!!!!Avoid this technician at all costs—his incompetence and questionable practices will waste your time and cost you your laptop or phone!!! I mean it with my heart. I brought in a fully functional laptop with a simple charger issue, but he couldn’t give a consistent diagnosis, claiming first it was the battery, then the motherboard. Instead of fixing the problem, he suggested removing the hard drive, warning me that other technicians might steal it if I take it to them inferring if he couldn't fix it Noone could and as solution offered me a far inferior laptop and $200 in exchange for mine. He claimed to be the best in town, yet my laptop now doesn’t work at all, raising serious concerns that he may have tampered with parts himself. His contradictory statements, unprofessionalism, and shady behavior make this place completely untrustworthy. Stay far away!

If you have trouble with phone or laptop please go to the actual professionals Best Buy and for future' sake buy their membership to get cheap services

Ali was extremely patient and helpful with my iphone. I would have lost all of my precious pictures, data and messages and with his dedication to fixing the problem, he saved all my data, despite the phone crashing 100+ times. He never gave up. I highly recommend his services.

Great place!!

I came in with problems with my A52 display.
My phone was on and working but the display screen was just black.
I went to another cell phone repair shop at londonderry and they told me it would cost me more then $200 to repair, which is more then what the A52 is worth now so I said no thanks and tried this place instead.

The person working told me it would cost about $40 less then londonderry, so I was already satisfied.

Then he told me he would open up the phone and check if there was something malfunctioning, instead of out right replacing it for more cost.

So I leave it with him for two hours and call him back, and he says he found what was malfunctioning, so he told me it would cost simply $60 to repair.

He says it will take him till the next day since he doesnt have the part right now. Thats fine, I can wait since im already saving money.

Then he gives me a call later that day saying he was able to find the part and he fixed it already!

He went the extra mile compared to other stores and thats something I rrally appreciate.

Will definitely come back here if I have anymore phone problems.
