Recently visited Geebo after breaking my cell screen. I ordered a new one which was to come in a week later. I was surprised to receive a call from Geebo 3 days later saying they had a screen for me if I wanted it, as another customer had not gotten back to them in 3 weeks. The order was for the same screen I had ordered. Within 2 hours, I was up & running again.Thank you Geebo staff for the great service. Highly recommend this establishment!

Me and my husband dropped a phone off in February we were told 2 weeks they needed to send it to the city and order the part, about 2 months of me calling and messaging them on fb and going into the store we found out the phone was back but they forgot to put the camera in fast forward another 3 months I've messaged on Facebook no response, I've called for answers I'm told that someone will call me back, I've been in the store I'm told it's not ready yet. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm very disappointed. We will just have to go out and buy a new phone as I'm positive ill never see that one back. Will never take a phone back here ever again.

I have not had work done at this location however used Geebo 3 times. I have never had bad service or advice from them. Nice himself is an amazing owner and runs all his stores the same, give great service and people will come back. There is a woman that obviously needs help that is trying to hurt this business. She has been proven wrong and I truly hope that you don't listen to her lies as Geebo is a great business.

Locked myself from my gaming pc. Went for basic wipe and install.. got it back almost same day riddled with strange errors, for example "missing app to login to pc" or you click log in and it restarts making you do it multiple times. I took it back they said it wasnt them, said it was my anti virus i had for years without issues, dirty pc, then poor pc parts and bla bla after going karen on them they finally agreed to rewipe it again (not to actually look into problem but to shut me up they refused to accept they caused any errors. They then choose to not call me when it was ready like before and left it for days. Terrible location and how you mess up a Simple reinstall of windows is beyond me. If your looking for good customer service and work i suggese another spot.

We dropped our Mac book off in the Bridgewater mall to get the battery replaced and I was very happy with the service the staff is always so kind. I had such a good experience I recommended them to my Mother who was having battery issues with her phone and she had such a good experience with the New Minas staff that she ended up recommending them to all her friends. I feel like no matter what location you go to, you will always receive quality service.
