Jasper and his team are just the best, and no this ain’t Best Buy’s corporate geek squad… This a locally owned and operated business that will jump through hoops to fix whatever computer problem you may have, all that at a very fair price. Excellent experience. Immediate action on my desk top computer when I took it in. The technician Jasper explained everything he was doing and asked all the pertinent questions. I was sure a small USD device at the shop did NOT belong to my computer. However, when I got home my wireless mouse didn't work, I called the shop and explained what happened and he offered to come to my house with the device, sure it must be what he had earlier asked about. I reluctantly agreed, not wanting him to make a useless trip, but he was right!! I'd never noticed this small USB device on my desktop before, and in fact could barely even see it when inserted between 2 other wired plugs. I was astounded, despite knowing that I'm somewhat electronically challenged typically- a cyber dinosaur, like many baby boomers. My mouse worked immediately of course, and Jasper did not even charge me a home visit fee ( it helped that I live very close by)! This was an enormous positive difference from my experience two weeks ago with another well- known local computer repair place, which was a nightmare.

I just had my cpu repaired by Jasper who got me in right away and did an amazing job. It was in rough shape and he took it all apart and did a great job getting it running again! Fast and effective service at a very affordable cost great service and ill be back again if i need anything done. Thanks Jasper!

Had a fan burn out on my Alienware laptop. A major issue as you have to take most of the laptop apart. These guys fixed me up quickly and at a reasonable price. My new go-to for computer repairs.

Super friendly service and fast. Had a really tricky issue with my laptop and Daryl explained the problem and solutions very clearly. I recently had a hard drive crash. I use my computer for work and have years of files that I would have been devastated to lose. I was also feeling stressed about being without my PC for any length of time. Jean-Paul went out of his way to meet me at the shop, and worked even on a Saturday to get me up and running. Fast, professional and fairly priced service. I would recommend both JP and Geeks Unlimited anytime, and will not hesitate to go back to them for any other PC related issues. Five stars without hesitation!
