Dave and the staff at Georgian Bay Software did a great job recovering data from my dead laptop and got my back up computer going. The service was very quick and they saved us hours of installing all the programs on the back up computer. Great job, i would highly recommend!

We were pleased with the knowledgeable & friendly service we received when we brought our Mom to GBS, shopping for a replacement for her 16-year-old desktop. Dave showed us several options and patiently answered numerous questions - prompting us for the ones we didn't know to ask. After taking her new system home Mom realized she wanted a larger monitor, and this swap was quickly accommodated.
We have confidence in and highly recommend Georgian Bay Software!

Ki had a printer that had paper stuck under the cartridge. I check in with their chat line and brought it in on Tuesday with a puck up the next day!!

GBS is our place to go for all our computer needs. We have purchased lap-tops from them, and never had any major issues. Recently, our main Laptop of many years was running slow and taking a long time to fully boot up. We dropped off the computer, and received a call the next day, that after clean-up, it was a wee bit faster but they gave us a couple recommendations to speed up the computer with a new Solid State Hard Drive and expanded RAM. Picked up the computer a few days later, and runs like a charm, just like new. The staff are great, friendly, and really know what they are doing. Thank-you.

Staff helped me reconnect my mother-in-laws laptop to my Hot spot on my cell phone in 2 minutes and charge me a penny. He was helpful, courteous and friendly. I will definitely go back to them and I would recommend them to everyone else.

Excellent service from my first phone call answered by Trevor to the solution for my hp lap top charging problems in one day! Trevor was amazing and called me to let me know what he felt the problem was and proceeded to fix it. He explained every step and I will always bring any technical device to get serviced at this establishment. Great location in Downtown Parry Sound and the two other people I interacted with seemed very nice as well.
