EDIT: They now refuse to drive me because of this honest review about the safety of their drivers!!

One driver in particular always starts driving before my door is even closed or seat belt is on. He doesn’t wear a seatbelt properly, drives way too fast and takes sharp turns. It’s ironic because he’s always late. In the photo you can see he’s wrapped his seatbelt around the chair instead of wearing it.

EDIT: changed to 1 star as the drivers always operate electronic devices while driving on busy roads. Unethical and illegal. No excuse for that naturally.

Great experience! Had to take a cab from Canadian Tire back to my house while car in for service. My driver Joe arrived quickly and was one of those people that are just likeable from the start. When we got to my house I tried a few times to pay with my bank card but cell signal is bad in my area and it would not go through. Joe simply asked me to call the company and pay through them which I did with an etransfer. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you!

the best bunch yet !!!
without a licence I have been taking the cab for years. I use a cab everyday to get my son to daycare and myself to work and always amazing drivers. Even through the toughest times in my life I would alway get a reassuring “it will get better” nothing but the best from this company and having a cheerful bubbly driver like Scott in the morning is always a great way to start my day.

Very expensive taxi ride. Driver was not wearing a seat belt and also on the phone whilst driving (no bluetooth device). Should consider practicing safe driving habits and not charging an arm and a leg for a half hour taxi ride.
