What a great location! The hotel is well kept and very clean. We did not have a balcony for our unit. There were two deer resting on the trail next to the neighboring property the one morning. We could watch them out the window. It is really close to all the shops and restaurants at the landing.
We were really happy with the location, price and walkability.

Superb little boutique apartment hotel, a real gem. It is but a short level walk to downtown Lower Gibsons, the Marina, and the public market, significant as Gibsons is built on a slope. Michael, who took over the hotel last autumn, has been exceptionally responsive to our requests for information and help, and has been more than kind in ensuring our comfort. The hotel is very price competitive, but is superior in all the ways that count. It is very clean, fixtures are all new and well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive. Recently installed blackout curtains are appreciated as it gets bright early in summer.

Impeccably clean, spacious suite with modern fittings and fixtures, kitchenette with stove, fridge, & all the dishes you'd need. Across from the market, 5min. walk to great shops and cafes. Helpful staff let us use the laundry room for a quick load. Thank you! On the down side, the room was HOT. the portable a/c unit was loud. Black out blinds or drape were needed. The bed was not the best, there is definitely room for a king size and better quality. overall, 4 stars, will come back here again as it was very clean.

The 5-star reviews are well-deserved. Situated right across from the Gibsons Public Market and at the quieter end of the bay, you are a convenient 5–10-minute walk to all the good food and coffee places in Gibsons. The Number 1 bus from the ferry terminal stops right in front of the inn. ||The self-check-in process was a breeze, with all the room information is sent directly to your phone on the morning of arrival. There are both stairs and lifts available. I had a Queen Studio facing the bay. I paid about CAD$200 a night. For the size of the room, it was very reasonable. The room had a kitchenette, with a full fridge and stove, a comfortable sitting area and an appropriately sized bathroom with ample counter and closet space. The room and bed were clean. And there were plenty of channels to enjoy if you prefer to stay in for the evening. ||I also want to echo the many positive reviews about the exceptional hospitality provided by Michael and his wife. Upon checkout, I needed to store my travel bag due to a late ferry departure and had food items requiring refrigeration. They kindly accommodated my request without hesitation. I would definitely recommend the Gibsons Landing Inn and can’t wait to stay there again on my next adventure to Gibsons.

The location was ideal, the room was immaculate and staff were very friendly and helpful however we did not have an air conditioner in our unit nor was there a screen on the patio door. The manager advised us he had ordered screen doors for the patios as well as air conditioners for the rooms however we had to suffice with a standing fan and the weather was very warm. While the fan helped, the room was very stuffy and it made it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the sun rose at 5:15am and the blinds did very little to keep the sun and heat out. The manager was kind enough to provide a discount in the price as well as a gift certificate for the bakery across the street to compensate which was greatly appreciated. Black out blinds would be very beneficial!

We recently visited Gibsons for a one night getaway. From the initial booking (direct through the properties website) through to our check-out, the stay was more than I had imagined. Wonderful, friendly service, easy check-in/check-out, nicely appointed, clean and bright rooms and great amenities, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We will definitely be returning to Gibsons Landing Inn on our next visit.

Rooms were nicely renovated and very clean. Mattress was very comfortable. Location was really good for easy access to restaurants. Unfortunately, the in-room A/C unit was so loud we couldn't use it. Couldn't cool the room by opening the windows as there are no screens. The bathroom door has a frosted insert so when the bathroom light is on, the whole room lights up. Impossible to sleep with the bathroom light on. What was really bad, were the window coverings, just a light shade that allowed the street lights to shine through. Not a great night.
