On a scale of 1 to 10 Gigasoft computers are extremely well worth the investment, product and product knowledge are excellent. Brad comes across as a very honest person and that is huge with anybody. You want to buy there, for all of the above reasons. Brad interviewed me to see what I wanted because I needed a new computer, so with a few questions and a little bit of time, he actually built me a computer and wow I am really appreciative of his skills and knowledge. I give them a ten out of ten. I promise you won't regret it. It's been a about a year and extremely satisfied. they always there for you if you need help or advice. Give them a try you won't regret it.

Brad has been very helpful and accommodating with all my computer needs. My technology knowledge is very limited, Brad answers all my questions and concerns and does all my computer service quickly and efficiently. I'm from out of town, he always makes himself available any day I'm in the city when I'm needing his services. He will answer questions either by phone calls or messaging, walks me through any task I'm having difficulty with and he's eager to explain whatever I don't understand. I very much appreciate Brad, I can count on him any time and he's very reasonable with his fees.

Brad was helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable. He worked with me with troubleshooting my laptop capacity for dual monitors. Came to the house and met me at his shop where there were more options for troubleshooting. Within a half hour we had the answer and I could move forward. Thanks Brad!
