Jilbert was kind enough to look at two of my devices and change the key for one of the laptop but the issue was much more serious so that didnt work out but he still took the key cap off and the keyboard was back in working order.

For the second device i dropped it off with a work order decided to go ahead with his suggested solution to get a used keyboard.

Communication wasnt the best after that he seemed annoyed abt me following up on my device which a phone call on the pick up day that was earlier suggested as the day it would be ready for. By Friday it was still not resolved and it had gone way over the agreed timeline it wasnt working for me so i agreed to take the refund ($226) for the work order when Jilbert offered it.

I brought my laptop in the day I spilled nearly an entire glass of water on my Macbook Air. I was worried it was toast but Jilbert calmly explained the repair process and got to work. I picked my machine up a few days later only to find out it wouldn't turn on for more than 30 seconds without shutting off. I contacted Jilbert and he offered to make it right. Fast forward a few weeks later, my machine is back up and running like nothing ever happened. He also replaced the battery in my relative's Macbook Air for a very reasonable price. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of Mac laptop repairs.
