Extremely rude dispatch. Made me wait an hour before telling me no cab was coming, that was my third call. They thought someone else who was blacklisted lived here and didn't bother to ask who the cab was for. Also they are by far the most expensive cab in town. Stick to A&A.

Abusive driver. Witnessed old male driver with glasses that was yelling, screaming and cursing at city workers who were doing nothing wrong. He threatened physical violence on one worker. Profoundly unprofessional on the company’s behalf. I am truly appalled. I would never feel safe using this company.

1O—15 minute wait time, sometimes 25 depending on the hour of the day, but no later than that....

I've always preferred riding with the tinted–windowed–minivan. Very quick! And if you know me, i am very impatient.

Unfortunately was matched with a n a and they never showed (shocking) dispatcher was mean and rude. The second I called here a cab was ready for me within 10 minutes. Most reliable for sure.

Way better than Sandy’s....That’s Worst cab ever!!!!One particular driver behaved so ignorant and rude.Acting like he owns the company. I’m sticking with Gords.Dont waste your money on Sandy’s.Hopefully the owners there can higher young people who know how to be polite and courteous.

Called a cab more than half an hour ago, he said ten minutes but nobody ever showed up! Not dependable at all! I'd give minus five stars if I could!

Trying to get a cab on a Thursday at 2pm. I'm told that they'll be there in 25 minutes. 40 minutes later I call back and they tell me they'll be there in another 30 minutes.

If you can't come say it straight up instead of making me wait.
