Great company. Friendly, and up front with what all they were doing. Not a big company that you're treated like you're just another account. Good response time in dealing with issues that have risen. Very helpful in securing and locking down our network. Helped us with email security and had some other suggestions on keeping secure and updated on possible other potential threats. Reasonable rates and up front billing. All in all would recommend Grey Thread any day. Thanks guys for everything you've done for our company.
