It was a genuine pleasure to watch the GrindStone team in action. They were so professional, it was like watching a choreographed dance as they expertly resurfaced our parking lot at Iron Horse condos in Airdrie. They did a spectacular job in grading. Not a moment was wasted. Excellent team work and top notch quality. Don't go anywhere else. Wonderful crew, exceeded all of our expectations.

Did some paving across the alley from me. Left all of their old gravel and sand against my fence. Left a huge piece of asphalt and old wood up against my gate. Bent my neighbor's gutter on his garage, as well as sent rocks flying into our fences enough to embed themselves into the wood. Left a couple messages with no response. Paving looks good, but they clearly don't care about your neighbors or cleaning up after themselves.

The guys from Grindstone Paving did an awesome job. I had several quotes from different contractors to repair and repave half of our parking lot and they came in with the best price. Once the contract was awarded,, Grindstone came in and did all the cutting on a Friday evening and arrived promptly at 8 a.m. the following day with the crew and all the equipment. The old pavement was removed, all cut edges were sealed with hot tar, and the underlying base was rebuilt and packed to accept the new asphalt. The new pavement was perfect. The entire operation was completed and cleaned up by 6 p.m. the same day. I can't say enough how pleased we are with the new parking lot. I would recommend Grindstone for any job, large or small. I have already recommended them to other business owners and I'm certain they will be as pleased as I am. Thanks again Grindstone. Job well done!!

Poor planning. We were advised that half the condo complex would be blocked off for two days, then the other half of the complex. On the second day they blocked off the entire complex, and it remained that way for a week- including an entire weekend when no work was done and the parking could have been used. Most of the work that was done was acceptable, but there are a lot of rough, unfinished edges
