I recently retained Michael Gros to facilitate a real estate sale.
The only positive was the transaction was indeed executed. His work was sloppy and unprofessional. Client service was not only bad in fact the attitude was confrontational and antagonistic.
Over all it was a less than satisfactory experience and needless to say I would never recommend his services.

I called the office about a migration of a property I was selling.The receptionist did not explain the retainer agreement would be a flat rate fee.Thus we expected to be billed on an hourly basis,we were surprised the invoice was for a flat fee.After this experience we called other lawyers and found we were charged above the average price.We then asked about his price for closing on a real estate transaction and found out there were less expensive alternatives.The only good thing about the migration price was now we have saved some money on our closing by choosing another lawyer.We probably would not have shopped around for a closing price if we had been treated fairly on the earlier transaction.
