Beautiful park by the lake/bluffs within a wedding venue. Surprisingly not too busy with free parking. Tough to get a photograph with the monuments on weekends as there are many weddings happening.

Really cool place! Lots of beautiful and stunning historical monuments place around the park. The grounds have lovely well kept plants, flowers and trees.

The main building hosts events like weddings, receptions etc. The outdoor theater also has events daily/nightly.
There's lots of parking.

FYI there is an annual Guild Alive with Culture with over 100 handmade goods, artists, food, and performers near the end of July. Well worth visiting!

I love the Guild Alive art festival. It was nice to see some familiar faces and some new ones. There was one vendor selling bejeweled mirrors - that i missed out on. Pls contact me if you see this review.

I went to the premiere of Isle of Demons and had a fantastic experience! The Day 1 premiere tickets are discounted to $15, but the event is just as organized and professional as any other performance. While photos are not allowed during the play, I appreciated the full immersion, the excellent 360-degree surround sound, and the actors' dedication. Grateful that Toronto has them! 10/10

A Guild Festival Theatre production is a beautiful artistic experience quite unlike anything else in Toronto. Set on a stage surrounded by Romanesque pillars in a gorgeous park with lush and meticulously maintained gardens and a nearby view of Lake Ontario, it has a timeless, elegant quality -- and first class, professional performances!

Full disclosure: my very talented daughter was part of the cast for the end-of-season show this year. Notwithstanding my parental bias, it really was a lovely chance to get some nature, and some culture, in one of Toronto's lesser known performance space gems.

Sitting at the heart of the Guild Park and Gardens is this magnificent Greek theatre like structure. I heard events are held here from time to time but did not see any during my visit last week, early noon in fall. Regardless, this architecture does its job in being a staple to the Gardens many relics and is one of the largest and most notable on in the area. It’s great for taking photos, using as space for concerts, weddings, and other events. The architecture and area are well maintained and kept clean. It was litter-free, with no signs of damage, deterioration, rust, and no disturbances whatsoever when we arrived. So kudos for the maintenance team on that. The Greek-like pillars, statues and form all remained so genuine to the culture and history that it came from. It was also not busy, and it was during the daytime, so there was plenty of time for me to take photos. (The benefit of there being no events I suppose) My fellow architecture pal also had a blast seeing this landmark, so I definitely suggest anyone interested in that field to see the Greek theatre at the heart of the Guild Park and Gardens!

I always enjoy the productions here. I have seen: Romeo and Juliet, Anne of Green Gables, and Salt Water Moon. All well acted and directed. Friendly staff, beautiful gardens.
