Called for a home visit for an issue with PC .... had quite an adventure diagnosing and finally fixing the issue. Took half the day and quite pleased with the result. Saved us from having to replace or rebuild so very satisfied. Will definitely be a repeat customer for anymore issues.

My friend and I had an issue with a fairly new pc the other day. We screwed up something in the settings and needed someone with better knowledge to fix it. We brought it to this guy and he said it would cost $40 for a referral. Weirdly enough he only allowed one person in at a time into his "work shop" (dingy apartment). After taking a look at it and claiming it had a virus from Steam, he decided nothing could be done and charged $40. Later, after doing further research, it tirned out the fix was as easy as booting into windows "safe mode" and reverting the setting. Overall, he did not fix anything and I suspect he made up the "steam virus" to make it sound like he knew what he was talking about.
Do Not go here if you have an issue with your computer, he will scam you.

My ssd crushed and Patrick was able to recover the files, install new drives and setup my desktop again. I'll recommend Patrick for any issue on your computer

Literally the worst service. This guy sucks. Trust me, you can find someone better. Do not use this guy. He has a very, very bad attitude very very grumpy. I was trying to tell him that my computer wasn’t fixed it’s still the same way that it was before he literally just touched it and charged me $90 for that. When I called to ask him if there’s anything I can do, he told me he doesn’t do refunds and hangs up on me. All the reviews on here are fake there is absolutely no way in this world that this guy gets five stars there’s no way you will get scammed. I promise he doesn’t know what he’s doing. A very very dirty place. If you are a woman do not go there alone it’s creepy. I am a man and I got creeped out going there alone.

Received excellent customer service at a fair price. The owner of the company promptly fixed my laptop within an hour and patiently addressed all my concerns about the device and operating system. His generosity extended to providing Microsoft Office and a new browser software. Overall, I am highly satisfied with both the quality of work and service provided.

Brought my PC in for fixing and he fried it. It wouldn't even turn on (it turned on before). Still took my money and I had to buy a new power source and mother board. Gross environment and terrible service.

Reply: Being around this guy for a long period is enough to give anyone paranoia lol he also thinks eating and driving is illegal apparently. I drive an automatic buddy… no need for parking brake. I wish I had something nice to say about your “skill sets” too chief, but I’m afraid that is not possible.

This guy is a little eccentric, but very nice. He definitely knows what he's doing. I was ready to throw my laptop into the trash heap. I could no longer use any of the Adobe apps which made my laptop pretty much useless. Now it's running faster than when it was new! The few hundred I spent was well worth it. Now I don't have to shell out $4,000 for a new computer. Thanks very much Pat!

Extremely eccentric guy who will talk your ear off and say the craziest stuff but I can't deny that he did fix my computer very quickly and on extremely short notice.

If you're someone with... Uh... Delicate sensibilities lets say, then Pat may not be for you. But if you can handle someone whose a bit rough around the edges he will get the job done quickly and reliably.
