Had my S20 screen fixed there last year. Was pretty happy with the work done. Cosmetically, it looked pretty good, but after the back peeled itself off due to a damaged battery, I've come across some annoying discoveries.

The good: Screen repair was completed (albeit later than quoted but it was done same day). Functioned as normal (aside from the speaker which I'll get to).

Now.... the bad: you get what you pay for.

First: I suspect they reused the adhesive for the back cover. It doesn't appear the surface was prepped like... at all when it was reattached as looking closely I can see debris in the adhesive and it was more than happy to let go with some gentle prying from my fingers.

Second: The battery was forced out. You're supposed to apply isopropyl alcohol to dissolve the adhesive holding the battery in. This adhesive, too, appears to be reused as it was the easiest battery I've ever pulled out since they started glueing them in. This forcing out of the battery is likely what damaged it. Being a work phone, capacity is extremely important to me.

Third: One of the screws is cross-threaded and stripped to the point of being unable to remove it without getting 'creative'.
EDIT: After trying a rubber band and super gluing my screwdriver to the screw and failing, I now have to purchase a screw extractor set and pray that even works.

Fourth: Immediately upon receiving my phone, the loudspeaker has had such issues that I ended up buying a new phone since callers couldn't hear me and the volume fluctuated the the point of being a nuisance, or being unable to hear notifications at all. This includes alarms.

Offered me a low ball amount for my phone which I only considered because my wallet was stolen and I needed quick cash. Got there only to be offered half of what he quoted on the phone saying it was because “the speaker was not that good”. Of course he tried to negotiate as I turned around and walked away. Slippery operation. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere that operates honestly.
