Haxxess has always been very quick to respond to any issues I have had. I've always been contacted within less than an hour of my request which is so convenient. They always stay on the phone with me and work through everything to make sure it is working - I have never had to call back or get something fixed a second time in the past year I've worked with them.

I have been with Haxxess since the very beginning and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. In fact, I even sent my Mom to Haxxess for her websites 🙂 They are extremely quick to respond to support emails and great at explaining complicated tech stuff to non-techy people (just ask my Mom).
