I emailed the company before ordering product and had a quick response. I googled other products to compare, Headwind Solutions had features i was looking for. I follow up email came and i was asked to call to discuss my needs. I made the call and talked with Steve Podolski. Steve was not a pushy sales person but was concerned about getting me the right product for my unit. I ordered my kit and steve did what he could to get me the best deal he could. 🙂 The product arrived the next day(seriously it did). I read the install instructions several times to be familiar with the install. I called steve to let him know I was about to start the install and I asked a couple of questions which Steve was more than happy to explain and answer. My confidence was boosted knowing Steve was there to answer my questions. The first 1/2 hr I opened the product and laid them out and prepared my machine for routing the wires and cutting the air intake hose. I then ran the wires where they needed to be. Before i cut anything I again called Steve to make sure I was doing the right cut ( Steve knew exactly how the wires were as if he were there to do the install himself). I then did the wiring and Install. I performed the set up tests all went well. The process took me 2.5 hrs because I went slow and soldered and heat shrink each of the connections. It is almost plug and play set up and i was impressed with the quality of each component. Does not look cheap and thrown together. Packaging was impressive and individually wrapped for transport. I highly recommend Headwind Solutions. Thanks Steve.
