I have been using Dr Parker for years. She is kind and intelligent. She always listens to my concerns and takes them seriously. She has kept up to date with all the computer matters for hearing aids and makes excellent suggestions for adjustments to get the best reception out of my equipment. She is friendly and kind even if my concerns seem repetitive, as I am elderly. I highly recommend Dr. Parker.

I was referred from a friend of mine. I didn't realize his hearing was in need of hearing aids. My hearing is really bad. When he told me how much it helped him, I called that day and got an appointment. Everyone there made me feel welcomed. I didn't like telling people " I'm sorry I didn't hear what you said". My appointment was to establish a baseline for hearing loss. The testing was very thorough, the doctor took time to explain everything and I was even able to test a pair of hearing aids. My hearing loss is moderate so I don’t need hearing aids now. I appreciated the guidance on my hearing health and that there weren’t any high pressure sales tactics. The atmosphere was inviting and the receptionist was very cordial. There was no wait. I went in expecting to buy new hearing aids since my old ones were no longer working. I had the old ones with me. The doctor replaced the wires and bam!! They were working. Saved me a lot of money. Thanks a lot.
