Emily at Helios Tech was so helpful in tirelessly working on our case. We had a difficult situation, where data had to be sifted and then entered into the Shopify system. They had the tools for the job. They had the support team. They had the technical expertise. We asked a lot, and they delivered to the best of their ability.

Since we were connected with Shopify and we're already paying customers, this service was offered for free. Moving our data over has given us a jump on our inventory for our new POS system. Though we are not at 100% operational status yet in the store, we have received the needed boost, and are much further along than we would have been without help.

Now we don't have to wade through 5,000 products that we do not actually sell anymore, and the barcodes have been connected with the correct products. The task ahead is so much more manageable. What a great team. Thank you Helios Technology, thank you Emily.
