Been to this location a few times. My child has a chronic illness which is medicated but that medication can't always keep up with the pain in a flare up. We went in the first time and the very helpful staff recommended an oil for them which has helped in those challenging times. We've bought the product again a few times (and upgraded the delivery mechanism) and will continue to patronize this location.

After visiting this location, I can say that it is now my go to regardless of the drive. The store is extremely clean and well laid out, very good first impression. We were greeted right away after our ID check, and while we were not the only customers in the place, we did not have to wait long for service. The staff member helping us was Sam, and they were very helpful and attentive, catered the suggested items to my likes/needs I had asked for, and was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for more than the average experience.

Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very willing to take the time to explain every aspect of their products. As someone who is new, they where very helpful explaining the differences and effects of each product as well as offering sound advice and tips. The store itself also has some of the best prices and the widest selection of products that I have seen so far. Definitely recommend going to them.

Bought a product I thought was a 1g joint and walked out and realized my mistake. Went right back in to correct my mistake and was told of the no refund policy unless it's a broken item or defective in one way or another.

Employee apologized and told me of this policy ( which he noted was NOT posted) and I had to walk out with an item I didn't want.

Good thing I don't come tn Aberg often because I won't be coming back.

Edit: always good to see the owner sucking up gratitude but can't seem to bother with the bad reviews. Shows no character

For being a local dispensary in the Amherstburg area, they really have put a high standard on excellent customer service with very competitive prices. The Staff as well are very knowledgeable in product lines. To boost, the store area is of an open concept design enabling the customer to view all products from the easy to read pricing screen, to the individual viewing of the products. Overall, fantastic store and this should be the standard of business in this field.

SIDE NOTE:
Compared to other dispensary’s during this pandemic this business of operation is fully capable and has been abiding by COVID standards. Hats off and keep up the good work.
