They’re so rude, and nosy with whatever you’re printing. Before you can grab it, the guy is there taking it and looking at it. No privacy at all for what you’re printing. They also charge insane amounts per print.

I brought a phone accessory for my friend as he lives away from Toronto. The friend got it for a cheaper price somewhere else. I brought the accessory as it was as the friend didn't even open it. The store operator flatly refused to take it back. He asked for buying something in exchange. The previous owner was very professional. The new one is rude, disrespectful. Those who wanna visit this place must think hard that anything you buy will not be returned. Avoid this place as there are lots of such stores around in thorncliffe park drive. Will never visit the place again.

Poor Customer service, today I went there to get a hand’s free. They gave me two categories one was cheaper and in low quality and second was costly then that and good in quality as told by representative. I chose expensive one as I was look For goof quality. Paid it and opened to checke the quality. I was extre Unsatisfied by the product. Quality was poor. I said him to refund my money and I am not satisfied with that. While he said it can’t be returned. You opened the packing. That’s so unfair. I was right there. I insisted but he kept refusing. The person name is Nazir. Then I left the shop with no luck. I will contact the shop owner now, bad experience.

Service was good but makes you pay cash if you want no tax but if you pay card they will charge you tax. When I visited I had no cash so they made me go to the bank and get cash out which delayed me from my other tasks
