The worst company ever to have a POS system for a business no services are given after sale. The sales guy are only communicate till sale you something. Once the sale is done no communication are possible. The company lie over the website says only 59$ monthly and charged me over 120$. The company is operated by money hungry people. I asked lot of time to remove unnecessary changes but they keep sending me invoices of extra services that i do not need. The sales guy name Christopher Fernandes never get in contact with me once the sale is been made. I could have given them negative stars. I really regretted to buy their system.

We've been using the Hippos POS system for just over a year and recently upgraded to their full service subscription.It has everything you could ever want in a POS system for your restaurant.This product has allowed me to be more organized with my small business. I am able to keep track of my customers and the orders that they place.
The interface is extremely user friendly, and new employees typically need very minimal training to become proficient completing transactions. The reporting is absolutely fantastic and thorough. The thorough reporting has allowed us to order product far more efficiently and accurately than before.
They respond quickly (usually within a matter of minutes) and the staff always follow up to make sure whatever issues we raised are resolved.Hippos has been a lot more reliable than the 2 other point-of-sales we have used in the past.

Absolutely the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Multiple hardware malfunctions and near zero tech support. A system that crashes frequently, slows down to unusable or freezes. I regret ever making the decision to purchase their POS.

Hippos has been so great to work with! A user friendly, easy to operate system, easy to train staff, and completely customizable! Their support team has been fantastic, easy to work with and quick to respond. Would recommend this for any small food business!!

Great company, with bunch of smart young brains. Thien tran and his team has worked very hard to build a fabulous point of sale system that is far better than silverware and bistro, which I have used in the passed. I will continue using hippos for my business over these pos giants. Hippos is a company which values their customers and provides you will an excellent product and customer satisfaction.

Great and supportive team. Thien is great. User friendly POS. The only small inconvenient thing is that sometimes the Reports are difficult to click on using the phone when on the go, but desktop version is perfect. Other features are all easy to navigate and useful. Will continue to use.

LOVE This company!! Not only is the application perfect for my pizzeria, but the staff are SUPER friendly and supportive.

Unlike other POS applications & companies (I’ve dealt with a few), the staff at HIPPOS are truly committed to making the POS software work for me, not the other way around!

The POS application is flexible, user-friendly and has a sleek appearance.

Online dashboard and reports lets me keep track of how my pizzerias doing while I’m away.

Most of all- I feel like I have support from the HIPPOS team at all times. I can’t express how important this is to me.

I have no complaints-
I’m super happy with my decision and really excited about how HIPPOS software is going to help take my business to the next level.

If you are thinking of getting a new POS, make sure you call this company first!
