Kingston ontario canada, l'application ne fonctionnait pas, j'attendais le code pour m'authentifier mais rien ne se passait. Il n'y avait que 2 machines, et l'une était en panne. Il était difficile d'utiliser la 2ème. Je ne recommande pas l'application ni le parking

I am trying to cancel my parking reservation at Northstar for tomorrow and it has been not 3 days of trying to use their app. I feel like I am being scammed and they will charge me the $50 for this spot. It is virtually impossible to follow the directions to cancel because their site does NOT WORK. It was sort of ok to book the reservation but it is impossible to cancel. Michael Back you need to make your site easier and way more user friendly. Hire better software engineers.

Went to use this Honk kiosk at the MUSEUM OF ANTHROPOLOGY at UBC. The Kiosk did not accept my card. I tried it twice just to be sure. A minute later, I got a text from my bank asking me if I had just attempted a charge of $58.99. LOL. No I did not.

My card has now been frozen by my bank as a precaution. A colossal waste of time. I am happy to leave a bad review for this company as it is the only positive thing to come out of this experience. AS others have suggested, stay away from this service.

How can you guys go from 8 dollars to 15 dollars overnight? I mean, it's already 40+if we get tickets! That's not enoughfor you all? this is not right at all. 8 dollars was already outrageous. It's totally unfair to do this to starving students. Thx for the extra headache. I'm sure you all will just get a good laugh out of this review anyway. Carry on

Used it at the bus terminal dt, within minutes I had 3 fraudulent charges from some random company. Honk App is the only place the data breach could have occurred. This is a complete SCAM! Do not use this APP. Find another lace to park!

I parked in a lot in Hollywood, fl and the fun part is that the lot has two apps to use (parkmobil and honk) I used the first one because I already had the app in the phone, when I went back to get my car, the car was towed and once I called the towing company they told me that the parking lot is private and you need to use the honk app, but why there’re two apps to use? The answer I got was I DONT KNOW, making money by confusing the customers!!!

Absolutely mad that in the downtown area of St. Catharines you can only park for 3 hours max, and you have to switch zones halfway through your shift and plan breaks around that for work. Seems really unethical somehow? Can get around this by using cash the second payment but who carries coins on the all the time?

Nobody is going to write a positive review about a parking App. You are only going to see the unsatisfied customers, but there are a lot of them with Honk. It’s cheaper, more secure and more reliable to just park in a lot that has an attendant who gives you a paper receipt. If you use Honk, you will get a ticket eventually, even if you are paid up. They don’t send notifications when your time is about to expire, so set an alarm on your phone, or just delete the App and avoid their lots, especially where the city will ticket you.
