I recently brought my car into CARSTAR in Hope, BC, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Making the appointment was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They really put my mind at ease throughout the process.

When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was thrilled with the results—the repair work was done beautifully. On top of that, they had cleaned the interior and washed the exterior, which was such a nice surprise.

I would definitely recommend CARSTAR Hope to anyone looking for quality service and great customer care!

We are vey impressed with the body repair on our truck and the extra attention to detail which was over and above our expectations.
They even cleaned the interior of our truck.
They also fixed the canopy shock that keeps the canopy rear hatch open.

We highly recommend them for all your repair needs.

We had a bad experience with a vehicle we bought at Atwals where it was discovered it had been badly damaged underneath the plastic bumper, so although we were told it had not been in a accident, it was discovered it had been in a serious previous accident. Car Star went above and beyond to fix this vehicle to make it safe to drive again. Very polite great to deal with. Our satisfaction was high on their priority. Thank you Car Star.

I foolishly tore the cover off the bumper of our CRV going through a cross ditch that was too deep. Hope Auto Body managed to reattach my scratched plastic without me having to buy new plastic. It looks OK. They did just what I wanted and the price matched the estimate. The staff are friendly and I was treated with respect even though I was 100% at fault.

So a few months back Mark fixed my front bumper that got side swiped, It turned out beautiful! so beautiful that I wanted to go back to Hope Auto Body to get my back bumper done which was rusting out (my truck isn't even five years old) Mark let us know he doesn't typically deal with rust but would do it for us! ALSO! He's going to take care of the side doors that have a bit of damage I'm beyond impressed such an amazing experience and Mark just goes above an beyond. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dropped off my vehicle was told one week. After 1.5 week called to inquire was told most likely end of week. A few days after ‘the end of the week’ was told it’ll be a bit yet due to XYZ.
Got the call my jeep would be done shortly after they check why it’s throwing an engine light. Went to pick up. They claimed they can’t figure it out so that’s that. They would not take responsibility for the light and would not sign anything for me to leave with the light on. The problem was the tail light corner was completely damaged which it turn obviously damaged the tow junction connected to the tail light. It was obvious because they even said when they disconnected the tow junction the light went off and when they connected it the light came back on. but because there’s no visible damage they refuse to repair it because ICBC won’t cover it. After 17k+ in repairs that thankfully I only pay deductible they wouldn’t return it to me without the light on.
He claimed it was throwing the light when I dropped it off… it wasn’t but they did a scan and ya the rear took some considerable damage so of course it’s going to throw codes on the scanner.
In conclusion be very aware or take someone with you if you are going to deal with this shop because if there’s no visible damage to certain parts despite the whole area being damage they will not fix it under icbc claim. Maybe it’s because I’m a girl and they want to snow me over…. Or they are just not very good technicians.

I had a tight window in which to access the ICBC claim, and CarStar totally came through for me!! I was so impressed with such a strong women’s presence in the office, and how proactive and organized they were. My car was ready in half the time I anticipated, and the results are all I hoped for! Will absolutely go there again if needed!
