Accueil froid par une dame ne sachant pas du tout que l'on avait une réservation. Chambre très confortable. Machine à café, frigo. Totalement au centre ville pour accéder aux commodités à pied. Je recommande.

We stayed here last week and were really happy with the service and how clean the room was. We had our dog with us, and it was hard to find a decent motel in the area. This place was a wonderful surprise! The room was spotless, and the lady at the front desk even asked if we needed doggy towels.

We brought our own doggy bed, but it was heartwarming when they showed us where to walk our dog and gave great recommendations for places to eat. They also made sure we knew how everything worked in the room — the TV, heater, etc.

I usually don’t expect much from motels, but this experience went above and beyond my expectations.One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Hope—and there are lots of good ones—but this one tops my list.
The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! I lost my phone in a restaurant, and the front desk staff, along with another motel guest, helped me locate it, and I got it back! Thank you very much!

Don't be put off by the exterior! The rooms, including bathrooms, have been refinished and updated in the last year - clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. I had a large family reunion turned into a wedding and the communication with the staff re changing needs was met with 'no problem'. They couldn't have been more friendly, going out of their way to help you - even offering a task light from their home so I could get my makeup done... If I'm ever back in Hope to stay - that's where I'll be.

When we checked in we were told that the rooms were very quiet and were built of cement. Not sure about construction but we could hear through the walls and the stairs outside our room sounded like people using stairs were actually in our room, also the walkway above we could hear the footsteps.|I recommend manager have someone sit in room 26 and listen while someone walks up the stairs and down the upstairs hall!!||The water based heating system ticked and loudly clicked all night such that I needed to sleep with a towel over my ears and I regretted not bringing earplugs! I turned the heat down hoping it would help but just ended up being cold with a heater that clicked a little less.||The bedding all has a very strong perfume smell. I needed to place a towel on the pillow to block the strong smell. The towel also had a scent but different and less strong. This also interfered with trying to sleep!||Unfortunate to our stay, there were also young loud partyers in a couple of the rooms making noise until after 3am. I am surprised your onsite manager did not hear the loud yelling in the parking lot at 2am. I guess budget rooms can attract a certain clientele but onsite manager should be aware of what is happening.||Overall this is the least sleep I have had in a hotel in many many years and I have staying in many. Perhaps had 2 hours of sleep and I have a long drive ahead.||On other issues: The wifi was non-existent (expect to use data).|Not sure if this was supposed to be a kitchenette as it had a fridge and microwave, but no other supplies at all. Even though the room sleeps 4 people, only 2 small cups and 2 tiny glasses were provided and nothing else at all. coffeemaker and coffee were provided, but no tea or kettle which is so odd.|Very curious on how they expect us to stir the coffee when nothing to stir with!?!? No spoon or stir stick|There was used soap in the soap dish, and one light in the bedroom does not have the switch to turn it on, combined with missing spoons etc speaks to housekeeping if things like this are not checked.

I have started here 4 times in the last 2 years and it is always the best price and best service. The rooms are updated and very clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store next door and several restaurants and a B.C. liquor store

I can’t say enough about how clean and up to date the rooms are. The price for the rooms is better than anything else in town. A real deal.

Friendly front desk and the dog “sushi” is awesome!

Basic room but absolutely perfect for travelling. Clean, comfortable bed, etc. we will be back!
