I normally had a fabulous experience in the past few years I’ve been dealing with HUB. Yesterday, when I renewed, I took the odometer reading for the last year and gave it to the rep. She then told me that the rep who input the information last year, entered it incorrectly. The current agent asked if I had proof of the odometer reading from the previous year. I said I took the picture, gave it to the previous agent and then deleted it.
The HUB Rep wanted ME to then deal with ICBC to see if I qualified for the discount. Needless to say, I walked out very unhappy with the agent that “helped” me. You would think they would handle their error on my behalf and not the other way around
