Use often and it's always different issues. Today dryers are not heating up properly. Lesson learned only put in a quarter at a time before pumping $2 in to find out it's not hot and no number to reach owners who apparently live around the corner.

This laundromat has taken money from me for the last time, I've had it with this place!!
I Put 6 quarters in the dryer, selected normal heat and hit start. The dryer was completely cold after more then 8 minutes of drying. Dryer temperature says 110, umm not a chance! I then had to put more quarters in another machine to dry my laundry, while the other dryer is just wasting my money. This isn't the first time this has happened, along with many other things that have happened such as, having to spend money to redo my laundry over again because of the washer not working and clothes being dry with soap/fabric softener still on them!! This laundromat has taken money from me for the last time!! There is no phone numbers to contact someone to get a hold of for problems such as this one, or others. Such a disgrace...

While I haven't been to every car wash in north America I can say with the upmost confidence this is the worst car wash in all of North America. You can get more soap from a hand dispenser at wall mart then you'll get with the soap setting at this car wash. They use cold water... which of course isn't what you want in Ontario, in the middle of February! What little soap is dispensed immediately freezes to your vehicle so you get to spend more money to use cold water to try to remove it.

Half the washers don't work or the dryers. The place is a mess, washers are leaking water, and it was 32 degrees Celsius in the building.

Unfortunately this laundry has gone to hell. Alot of dryers are broken or heat doesn't work in them. Today washers are full of dog hair. Totally gross. It has no water even available for the public to clean before use now be been back in deseronto for a year and no repairs have been done 😩

Bad new management, automate everything and help nobody. I put my 3 dollars in for the foam brush and no soap. Its 4 pm on a Saturday seriously? Walked all around the buildings inside and out and not one number to phone for help as designed. Online as well.. So if you have a problem Who cares? Not them obviously. GOOD LUCK and avoid.

Went here with 3 people and several machines did not work. None of the machines had a sign on them indicating they did not work. Nowhere is there a number to call to report the broken machines or be reimbursed. Would suggest the owners add the their number somewhere either online or on-site. May luck be on your side with picking the right machine.
