Blank sticker left in apartment lobby. No follow up info. Local depot not returning calls. Head office email reply takes a werk and gives conflicting into compared to customer service phone line who was confused and has no clue and told shipper different story. Terrible company and will be filing complaint with BBB

If you love Crappy Service and Long Delays and Endless lies about where you ICS package is.. then by all means take a risk with ICS.
Really poor Service - 15+ days for a Delivery from Ontario to St.johns and still " In Transit" - I could have driven it to Newfoundland myself? they may have good rates but the Service and Delays are not worth it. I am surprised that the company is still in business with such a poor track record.

Blank slip left on my door, no address, phone number, no information on how to pick it up. Tried calling but got no answer.

Two days in a row a blank sticker posted to the door. No information where to call or pick up or even if it is a delivery? I googled their phone number and says it is not in service, I find their office in Mount Pearl, NL., and no one in. There is no reception or person to talk to! How is this company in business?
